Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in PCF's Community Group Ticket Scheme.

These discounted Pride on the Park tickets are provided to support local LGBTQ+ community organisations and their members.

Eligibility and Use

  1. Ticket allocations are provided exclusively for the benefit of members and volunteers of the receiving organisation.
  2. Tickets must not be:
    • Resold for profit or otherwise transferred for commercial gain.
    • Used as prizes, raffle prizes, competition prizes, auction items, fundraising incentives, or promotional giveaways.
  1. The receiving organisation is responsible for ensuring that tickets are distributed only to eligible members and volunteers.

Ticket Allocation

  1. Each organisation will receive:
      • A private link to the Pride on the Park ticket shop.
      • A unique promotional code for their allocation.
  1. The private link and unique code may be shared with eligible members and volunteers so that individuals can complete their own ticket purchase directly through the ticket shop.
  2. Each organisation should clearly communicate to its members and volunteers how many tickets each individual is permitted to purchase.
  3. The unique code provides access to the organisation's full ticket allocation. However, a maximum of four (4) tickets may be purchased in a single transaction.
  4. Ticket allocations are fixed. Once confirmed, allocations cannot be increased, supplemented or extended at a later date.
  5. There is no obligation for an organisation to redeem its entire allocation.

Ticket Terms

  1. All tickets purchased through this scheme are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  2. Tickets may be transferred by the ticket holder up until the event should the original purchaser or recipient no longer be able to attend, subject to Brighton Pride's standard ticketing terms.

Children's Tickets

  1. Free children's tickets for Saturday are now fully allocated and no longer available.
  2. Any children attending Pride on the Park with members or volunteers purchasing through this scheme will require a paid ticket.

Misuse

  1. Brighton Pride reserves the right to withdraw access to the scheme, cancel ticket allocations, or invalidate purchases where these terms are breached or where tickets are found to have been obtained, distributed, or used contrary to the purpose of the scheme.

By using the private booking link and promotional code, the receiving organisation acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
